TRUEWERK CASE STUDY

Explore strategy on static creatives for TRUEWERK, performance workwear for modern skilled trade professionals

This UI Container pulls inspiration from the Truewerk website, bringing a branded UI feel to ad delivery. This design mocks the shopping experience and entices audiences to learn more.

Having seen quads work well across other partnerships, translating this design for Truewerk was a no-brainer. The close-up jobsite shots paired with an intense product shot demonstrate this hoodie's durability and cold resistance.

Native Style Creatives

To ensure the ads felt organic within the scrolling environment, I designed these three creatives using native formats that seamlessly blend into the user experience. While my initial vision included user-generated content (UGC) to better align with the platform’s aesthetic, client constraints required the use of branded imagery.

To maintain authenticity, I replicated UI elements, such as text bubbles and the AirDrop message. This approach allowed the ads to appear natural and credible, helping them resonate with users despite the more polished brand visuals.

Brand Focused Creatives

While native-style creatives naturally blend into user feeds, branded ads offer the advantage of delivering controlled messaging and reinforcing brand recognition. For this campaign, I developed three branded creatives that highlighted Truewerk’s strong visual identity.

Leveraging the brand’s dynamic photography and product shots, I experimented with overlaid textures and color treatments (Image 1) to create depth and visual energy. The second creative incorporated UI-style containers inspired by Meta’s shopping experience, maintaining a familiar look while staying true to Truewerk’s brand.

The final creative, a second quad, was designed as an A/B test against the first quad layout to evaluate performance in composition and copy.
